Our vision is to work in partnership with like-minded individuals and organizations to transform the foster care system. By serving as Advocates for America’s children, we inform and encourage individuals of good character to become foster parents, adoptive parents, and advocates for children from the foster care system.

The Tangled Hearts Project, created in 2004 by the social entrepreneurship, Bongiorno Books, engages in activities to increase awareness of adoption and improve the lives of children in foster care.
